The organization offers personalized care for children, adults, and seniors, including paid family caregiving, staffed home health aides, and skilled nursing services. Golden Home Healthcare helps families navigate benefits, manage care coordination, and remove administrative barriers so they can focus on quality caregiving. The team provides ongoing caregiver support, educational resources, and community events that connect families and strengthen local networks. As a trusted partner and advocate, Golden Home Healthcare strives to be a dependable "village" for every family it serves.
Position Overview
The Administrator leads Golden's Reading, PA branch and is accountable for its day-to-day operations, administration, team, and results. The Administrator works closely with clinical, operations, and business development partners so the branch meets or exceeds its annual growth, patient care, and financial goals.
As leader of the Reading branch team, you will create a dynamic workplace where people can contribute their expertise in clinical or non-clinical roles and support Golden's core values by building strong relationships with patients, families, field staff, and referral sources in Berks County and the surrounding communities, and by serving as an advocate and trusted mentor to the branch team.
The Administrator communicates clearly in writing and in person, ensures every branch-level process and training standard is adopted, and keeps the branch fully compliant with federal and Pennsylvania regulations governing home care agencies. Because Reading is a large, diverse Spanish-speaking community, the ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, families, caregivers, and staff is a strong advantage.
