RN Field Supervisor

EXTENDED FAMILY CARE - ALLENTOWN has an immediate need for a FULL TIME RN SUPERVISOR.

Sign on bonus - $5000

RN Supervisors are responsible for their caseloads that they manage clinically with the support of other team members. This approach allows our clinicians to get to know their patients better, allowing for continuity of care for patients and staff alike.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license to practice in Pennsylvania as a RN.
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
• Previous home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents and manuals.
• Ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Ability to speak effectively with patients, families, and employees.
• Must have reliable transportation – individual may make multiple home visits on any given day based on caseload.
