Regional Manager – Home Care Operations
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Comfort Keepers is seeking a Regional Manager to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across multiple offices. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role requires frequent on-site travel to ensure teams receive the support needed to grow successfully, maintain operational excellence, drive strong caregiver recruitment, and deliver the highest quality of care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster a healthy team culture through effective collaboration and strong morale.
- Ensure operational excellence across locations while upholding company standards.
- Support recruitment efforts tailored to client needs through direct office engagement.
- Mentor and develop office leaders, strengthening their ability to drive success.
- Monitor client satisfaction to ensure caregivers are placed effectively for quality service.
Ideal Candidate:
- Business administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or service-focused industries.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
