Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence through personalized treatment plans. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages and conditions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation of care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings is a plus
