Prosperity Home Care is currently seeking a motivated, ambitious, and outgoing Outreach Coordinator. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in generating new business preferably in the health care industry. The dynamic individual will be able to build relationships with clients and other key partners and also can complete daily office activities. The individual will aide in the coordination of home care referrals.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Proven experience in marketing homecare services, with a strong track record of client acquisition. Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking. Demonstrated ability to attract and register Medicaid clients, as well as private pay, long-term insurance, veterans, and OLTL clients.  Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance. Bachelor degree in marketing or business administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Must have an outgoing and engaging personality. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be willing to take part in activities outside of the office and also can operate social media platforms. Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish)

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to attract clients from rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and independent living facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and facility administrators.
  • Oversee and manage Medicaid client registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, client acquisition metrics, and outreach activities.
