Responsibilities:
As a caregiver with Integrity at Home your responsibilities may include:
Ability to follow a pre-determined care plan, unique to each client.
Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding when necessary.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and encourage daily activity to promote physical and emotional well-being.
Help maintain a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping when necessary.
Maintain the knowledge and skills of the independent living philosophy to promote client independence within their home.
Requirements:
Age 18+
High School diploma or GED.
All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or by completing our training program.
