Residential & Homecare Supervisor

God’s Glory Inc. is seeking a Residential & Homecare Supervisor to oversee daily operations across both our Residential and Homecare programs. This position ensures quality care, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination of staff and services.

The Supervisor will lead Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and caregivers, oversee participant care and home safety, manage on-call coverage, and support compliance with DHS and OLTL requirements. The role includes both office and field work, supporting multiple homes, residential individuals and homecare participants across Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting Residential and Homecare staff.

• Coordinating participant and individual care plans.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

• Managing documentation, training, and performance reviews.

• Communicating with families, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (any field accepted; Human Services or Healthcare Administration preferred).

• Experience in residential, homecare, or direct care settings required.

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $41,600 – $52,000 annually (depending on experience)
Location: Multiple locations across Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties
