Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you will be an essential part of our team, helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life. Your role will involve providing hands-on assistance with daily routines, supporting health and wellness, and fostering community connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and offer medication reminder support.
• Perform light housekeeping and assist with shopping or errands.
• Escort patients to medical appointments and community activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: PCA, CNA, HHA, DSP, or Med Tech certification (not required).
• Valid clearances: Criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI fingerprinting.
• Recent physical exam and completed 2-step TB test.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• At least one year of caregiving experience is preferred.
