Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is a non-medical in-home care provider with over 40 years of experience and dedication to enhancing the quality of life of their clients while positively impacting their employees!  Arcadia is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator in Ford City.  We will provide training on care, systems, policies, procedures, and leadership.  

Position Information

• Team Leader responsible for the office
• Manages all employees & clients
• Scheduling
• Conducting client intakes
• Conducting client & employee supervisory visits
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
• Marketing & Networking

Qualifications

• Must have great communication skills (verbal & written)

• Must have the ability to meeting deadlines
• Must have the ability to learn & adapt
• Must have advance experience with computers and Microsoft Office package
