 Your Mission (Should You Have the Spine to Accept It):

• Show up. Show heart. Show care. We don’t do “bare minimum.”
• Provide personal care so thoughtful it would put most families to shame
• Bathe, dress, toilet, and assist with dignity—always dignity
• Be the eyes, ears, and advocate for clients who are often ignored
• Report what matters. Don’t cover it up. Don’t write fluff. Save lives with honesty.
• Build real relationships with the people you serve—not robotic routines
• Be present. Phones down. Eyes up. This is sacred work.

 What You MUST Bring to the Table:

• PCA, CNA, HHA (Training Provided to the Right Candidates) (We don’t cut corners. You need to know your craft.)
• The kind of grit, guts, and compassion that can’t be trained
• Unshakable ethics. If you lie, ghost, or flake—don’t bother.
• Preferred: Experience with dementia, hospice, and people who don’t make it easy
• Required: The audacity to believe that elder care should actually be GOOD.
