Title: Direct Care Professional

Status: Flexible hours up to 40/week – build your own schedule.  Flexible shifts, Weekdays and Weekends available.

Pay: $15 - $18 per hour

Work Location:  Community-based in each client’s private home.  Open positions in these areas:  West Mifflin, Elizabeth, Homestead, Munhall, East Pittsburgh, Brookline.

What You'll Do on Our Team:

Our Direct Care Staff Could Perform any of the following tasks:

• Genuinely connect with each client cared for, providing companionship and social interactions
• Assist with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Plan, prepare, and assist with meals.
• Run errands for a client, grocery shop. 
• Assist with self-administration of medications and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Observe, report, and document client status and care provided.

• To be at least 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have a Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
• Have your own reliable form of transportation
• At least 6 months of experience in providing personal care
