Title: HHA (Home Health Aide) / CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Preceptor

Status: Full Time

Shift: Three 12-hour Shifts OR 4 10-hour shifts/week Flexible Schedule!
On-Call every other weekend.

What You'll Do:

• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new HHA/CNAs.
• Conduct orientations, in-services, and continuing education programs.
• Fulfill the role of an HHA/CNA as needed, including direct patient care.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and client records.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.

What You'll Need:

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years of experience in a hospice or home health agency.
