Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide top-tier home care services. Leverage your nursing skills to assess patient needs, follow care plans, and administer treatments. Collaborate with physicians and community health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Participates in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy.

• Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• Licensed LPN in the state of PA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Has three (3) years nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• CPR certification
